Welcome to Shipwatch B 111, an oceanfront condo with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, featuring three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms for comfortable and luxurious living. As you step inside, the elegant hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room immediately catch your eye, complemented by tasteful furnishings that provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for six make it perfect for enjoying meals together. The bathrooms feature stylish tile flooring, enhancing the overall aesthetic.

Nestled within Wild Dunes, a prestigious gated resort on the north end of Isle of Palms, this condo offers access to two world-renowned golf courses, and an array of dining options to enjoy. Historic Downtown Charleston is just a short drive away, where you can immerse yourself in the city's rich history by exploring its historic landmarks, museums, art galleries, and vibrant culinary scene.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

We stayed in this unit in late August 2025 and had a great time. The location is easily accessible to the beach, pool, and parking lot and there was plenty of room in the unit for 4 adults and two kids. It was clean and maintained. The only drawback that made us uncomfortable is that there is no second lock (deadbolt) on the inside front door. There is only a keypad. We have come to IOP for years and stayed in various units and I don't recall having ever stayed in a unit that didn't have a secondary lock. This rental is in a very safe place, but because of the lock situation, certain people in our party didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the front room right next to the front door. I would advise Island Realty to add a secondary lock.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this condo, right in the beach! The sunrise views were unbeatable. The access to both the pool and beach was super convenient. Our kids enjoyed the kids club at the Boardwalk as well. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we can wait to come back!!

This is a beautiful condo with recently updated bathrooms. It is very quiet and comfortable with a view of the ocean. Very clean and well appointed, this condo is a "home away from home".

The rental was as described. Clean, well maintained. The location was close to the beach and the pool. This property was packed with families and ball teams, so the small pool was very crowded. The hallways were loud at times with kids running around and slamming doors. We will not plan our trip during the month of June again. Just too crowded for us, not relaxing.

Amazing Condo!!

Came here for a little getaway and fell in love! The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are so cute, great water pressure in the showers too! Pool and Beach are just a couple steps away and views are breathtaking! We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean waves in the mornings! The fridge has an ice maker and a water dispenser which was so nice! Also conveniently located to Mt. Pleasant, Shem Creek area, and downtown! The coffee shop down the street at the boardwalk inn (only a 20 minute walk/6 minute bike ride but worth it for the views) has great coffee and some snacks/souvenirs! Will be coming back again!! This condo was perfect for our stay, and looks newly renovated! :)

There is no words to describe my family’s stay. The peace and quietness to enjoy God’s outdoor creations were priceless. The staff at Island Realty(Brittany) was so nice and pleasant. I looked forward to meeting Brittany once we arrived. She welcomed me and my family, warmly! We will definitely be back soon because we experience a very positive, clean atmosphere with good vibing people.

The condo was in a perfect place for us. Loved seeing the ocean every day and that pool was a blessing on the windy days. The beds were amazing and had the best night sleep. Not enough towels,kitchen could have used more everyday utensils. Loved having an elevator and keypad for the unit. Didn't like the whirl pool in the master. Hard to get into and it wasn't working.
Would definitely come back again next year.

Answer:

The outdoor neighborhood pools in Wild Dunes are open year-round. They are not, however, heated. Guests may access the pool in their neighborhood (this unit would have access to Shipwatch pool) but not the other resort pools.
